Dr. Tatiana is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor who inspires, motivates and empowers her patients to achieve and maintain their best state of health. She feels it is imperative to identify and treat the underlying cause of any health concern in order to allow complete healing to occur, rather than simply masking the symptoms. Dr. Tatiana works with her patients to develop individualized treatment plans using a variety of safe and effective natural therapies.
Dr. Tatiana maintains a general family practice with a clinical focus in women’s health (menopause, PMS, PCOS, endometriosis, fibroids, etc.), hormonal imbalances, infertility, perinatal support, digestive health, as well as weight and stress management. She empowers and motivates her patients to find their own balance of physical and emotional health so that the highest quality of life can be achieved.
Dr. Tatiana has always wanted to be a doctor, even as a little girl she used to play ‘doctor’ with anyone who was willing to be her ‘patient’. Her passion for naturopathic medicine grew when she worked she worked as an assistant for a naturopathic doctor while finishing up her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology at York University. Dr. Tatiana completed her four-year degree at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2011. Dr. Tatiana has additional training in Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture, which is an effective, non-surgical treatment to reduce signs of aging (fine lines, bags under the eyes, droopy eyelids, and sagging skin, etc.).
Dr. Tatiana is licensed by the Board of Directors of Drugless Therapy – Naturopathy and is a member of pedANP, the Pediatric Association of Naturopathic Physicians. She was also recently granted prescribing rights.
In her spare time, Dr. Tatiana loves to spend quality time with her daughter and husband, whether it be going out for walks in the park or taking family vacations. She enjoys trying new recipes, yoga, exercising, skiing, camping or just simply enjoying nature. Dr. Tatiana also enjoys reading and further educating herself in naturopathic medicine, whether it be through webinars, journals or seminars.
