Credit Card Policy

Effective Immediately we are implementing a Credit Card policy, upon booking we will require a Credit card number on file, this will be used for virtual, phone visits in the case that we can’t reach you after your visit is completed. It will also be used for last minute cancellations & no shows. We require 48 business hours notice to cancel your doctors visit. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding!

IV Refund Policy
